Festival of Music is a free choral music program designed for South Australian public schools. It is a multimedia application that provides students from years 4-7 with an opportunity to learn and perform choral songs on stage at the Adelaide Festival Theatre. The program is developed by S.A. Public Primary Schools Music Society and is available on Android platform.
The Festival of Music app offers a range of features for students and teachers. Students can listen to the songs and sing along, choose their part, and use learning or practice modes. They can also skip to a specific section or repeat an echo track. The app also allows users to adjust the playback speed to help learn tricky bits. In addition to this, students can watch and learn the choreography and adjust the volume of each part. Teachers can use the app as an interactive tool to help teach their choirs.
